Ingredient tagging for Shopify catalogs

Tags Manager reads product ingredient text, applies canonical tags, and keeps ingredient collection references aligned for smart collections.

• Controlled tags. The app only manages the canonical ingredient tags you define and leaves unrelated product tags alone.
• Collection sync. Matching collection references are written back into the ingredient table metafield for structured use inside Shopify.
• Normalization. Matching is designed for Spanish and English ingredient variants, accent-insensitive comparisons, and common INCI aliases.
